These are 2010 prices. No charge for diesel - what you see is what you pay!! The cost of your holiday depends on several factors: the boat selected, the hire season, the duration and, in some cases, the number of crew ANJOU is suitable for up to 12 people for day hire or up to 4 adults for overnight hiring with a double and up to two singles or up to four singles. MERLOT is suitable for up to 4 people, with one double bed and one single or a second double bed. For day hire it caters for up to 12 people. MINERVOIS is suitable for up to 6 people (1 double/4 singles, two doubles/2 singles or 3 doubles) and is available for short breaks or weeks. The hire seasons are set as follows: OFF Season is December, January and February (excluding Christmas and New Year weeks) LOW Season is November, March and April (excluding Easter weeks) MID Season is September, October, May, August to Mid July and Easter, Christmas and New Year weeks HIGH Season is from Mid July to the end of August The duration can be a day or a weekend, that’s 2 full days/1 night (ASTI & MERLOT only) or a short break (3 full days/2 nights), a week(7 full days/6 nights) or longer. Other lengths of hire can be arranged. Pets are welcome, but incur an additional charge of £15 per hiring for overnight hire. Children under 3 using their own bedding they are free. The charges shown below include all diesel and gas used and free outdoor parking. An initial supply of solid fuel and barbecue fuel are also included. Second and subsequent weeks attract a 25% discount from the charges shown. Once your booking is confirmed you will be responsible for the full cost of hire, even if you are unable to come. Please let us know as soon as possible if this should occur as we will endeavour to make a partial refund depending on notice given. Damage to the boat or its fittings or late return of the boat may incur an additional charge of up to £200. Means of payment of this amount must be made available prior to departure.
